1 bag Pie Crust Mix.

1/2 cup butter or shortening.

8-9 tablespoons ice cold water.

Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the butter into crust mix until mixture is loose crumbs.

Spoon in the cold water, mixing to make a dough.

Divide dough into fourths.

On floured surface, roll a segment of dough to size of pan.

Place in greased pan, pour in desired filling.

Roll second segment for top.

Ready to bake!

Yield: 2 pie crusts.
