Ingredients: cane sugar, water, lavender, fresh mint, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, lactic acid

The Daisy Bates Margarita

The Daisy Bates puts a delicious spin on the traditional margarita, perfected with our Pineapple Rosemary Shrub and Herbalicious Syrup.

2 oz. silver tequila
1 oz. pH Pineapple Rosemary Shrub
3/4 oz. pH Herbalicious Syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass rimmed with rosemary salt, garnish with cured pineapple.
