Toasted Pecan Syrup

For a decadent old fashioned or festive fall cobbler, this toasted pecan syrup is sure to please even the most refined southern gentleman. It’s that bitter sweet beauty of late fall. Winter is coming, but there’s still time for one more cocktail. 

Pecan Manhattan

2 oz whiskey

1 oz Toasted Pecan syrup

1 oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes pH Alchemy's House Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters.
