Return & Exchange Policy
For in-store purchases, products can be returned for store credit 14 business days from the initial purchase with a receipt. After 14 business days, we reserve the right not to accept returns. We ask that you remember we are a small local business and can not afford to have products off the floor for an extended time.

In-store exchanges can be made within 14 business days of the initial purchase with a receipt. If the item being bought with the exchange is more than the initial purchase, the customer will pay the difference. Any remaining balance will be issued as a store credit. If the item being returned/exchanged was a gift, the recipient will receive the store credit, not the giver.

Online purchases can be returned/exchanged for store credit by shipping back the item/s to us at the customers expense within 14 days of initial delivery. The return address is 425 South Main Street, Stuttgart, Arkansas 72160. Please email us at info@sugartownmercantile.com and provide a reason for returning and a heads up before sending the item back. Online purchases can also be exchanged/returned in-store for store credit. The shipping cost for mailing back the exchanged item will be covered at the customers expense.

If your item was delivered to you broken, we hate that happened. Please email our support address with a photo of the broken item, the inside & outside packaging and your order number within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work together on getting your purchase sorted out. Do not throw away your damaged order until we process your claim.

Items not valid for return include merchandise listed as antique or vintage, food items and final sale. This is due to these items being unique or one-of-a-kind or being consumable. We have the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is not in it's original condition.
