For in-store purchases, we offer a return policy of 14 days from the initial purchase to return or exchange items with a receipt of purchase. After 14 days, we reserve the right to not accept returns. We ask that you remember we are a small local business and can not afford to have products off the floor for an extended time.
Online purchases may be returned by shipping at the customers expense within 14 days of initial delivery. Please provide a reason for returning and a heads up before sending the item back. Online purchases can also be exchanged/returned in-store.
If your item was delivered to you broken, we hate that happened. Please email our support address with a photo of the broken item and your packing slip, and we will work together on getting your purchase sorted out.
Items not valid for return include merchandise listed as antique or vintage & food items. This is due to these items being unique or one-of-a-kind or being consumable.
