Colombia Yadimir Quiguanas Pérez Bourbon Ají- Onyx Coffee Lab

Dialing in this coffee provides a really classic washed Colombian profile. This coffee's density lends itself well to a medium fine grind size, resulting in a balanced cup with a silky body. Great on espresso and filter, this coffee drains fairly quickly on both, has high acidity and sweetness. It stands alone best, but flavor won't be lost with the addition of milk.
