Ingredients: Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt

• 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter or non-dairy alternative, cut into small cubes
• 1½ cups cold buttermilk or milk alternative
• 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
