Hibiscus Rose Syrup- pH Alchemy

Hibiscus Rose was developed with a light and floral flavor combination in mind. The hibiscus flower lends to a deep and earthy tone, while the rose adds complexity and aromatics. The combination of the two is more than perfect.

Ingredients: cane sugar, water, hibiscus flowers, rose petals, citric acid, malic acid

Hibiscus Rose Daiquiri 

combine into a shaker with ice

2 oz white rum

1 oz Hibiscus Rose Syrup

1 oz lime juice

shake with plenty of ice

strain into glass and garnish with a dried hibiscus flower

Rose in the City 

Hibiscus Rose Cosmopolitan 

combine into a shaker with ice

1 oz vodka 

1 oz triple sec

1 oz cranberry cocktail juice

0.5 oz Hibiscus Rose Syrup

shake with plenty of ice, pour into a martini glass & garnish with a lime wedge or dried rose petal
