Ready in a flash, this quick bread mix is fluffy, light & loaded with flavor! This mix makes TWO 9x13 focaccia breads. For the full mix double the wet ingredients and use a 13x18 pan. Use this bread for a quick pizza, a fun lunch bread or for wine & cheese!

Ingredients: 

Unbleached flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt.

May contain trace amounts of peanuts, nuts, dairy, sesame, mustard, soy.
