Our Orange Cardamom salami is bright and lighter than your average salami. With hints of orange and cardamom, it is one of our core favorites, now sliced for and ready for a charcuterie board.
Single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat. All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required.
Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures. This does not affect the taste or safety of the product.
